Whether projects have already begun or are still future, these Requirements apply for those who desire personalized Certificates only. Notice it is a certificate of commitment, achievement and faithful endeavor to humanity and devotion to the Lord Jesus Christ, the greatest Medical Missionary who ever lived. Medical Ministry p. 20.

Commitment: This indicates your dedication to follow our Lord in a work identical to the work He did—preaching teaching and healing, which is the medical missionary work.

And, so a responsibility and and serious commitment for continual attainments are possible by the power that works within us.

“And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.” Luke 9:62.

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” Ephesians 3:20.

“If we desire to reform others we must ourselves practice the principles which we would enforce upon them. Words, however good, will be powerless if contradicted by the daily life.” Testimonies, Vol. 5, p. 160

“To all who are reaching out to feel the guiding hand of God, the moment of greatest discouragement is the time when divine help is nearest. They will look back with thankfulness upon the darkest part of their way. ‘The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly,” 2 Peter 2:9. From every temptation and every trial He will bring them forth with firmer faith and a richer experience.'” Desire of Ages p. 258

Achievements: There will be accomplishments and successes by earthly standards. But, there will be disappointments. Allow the One who called you to measure , encourage and judge your achievements. See Proverbs 24:16.

“Our success and prosperity in this great and good work depends on our seeking daily counsel and help from God. With divine aid His servants can do what ought to be done and never fail. However strong the powers of darkness may press upon us, one can chase a thousand and “two” put ten thousand to flight.” Manuscript Releases, Vol. 2, p. 112

Faithful Endeavor: Notice the word “faithful” connected to the word endeavor suggesting there will be effort expended on your part and work. He works in you because you have a goal to reach others with the everlasting gospel! As you venture into sometimes unknown territories, the glory of the Lord will be your “rereward.” (vs. 8, Isaiah 58:6-12.)

Note: Rereward is defined as a rearguard—that part of a military force that protects it from attack from the rear either during an advance or withdrawal. Have you ever heard the slang expression, “I have your back.” This is what it means—the Lord has us covered—”our back support!”

“The approval of the Master is not given because of the greatness of the work performed, but because of fidelity (faithfulness) in all that has been done. It is not the results we attain, but the motives from which we act, that weigh with God. He prizes goodness and faithfulness above all else.” Gospel Workers p. 267

Be trustworthy, uncompromising, steadfast, unmovable, faithful. For an encouraging message in song as you begin your work, see the words and listen to the sacred melody, WILL YOU BE FAITHFUL? See Home Page.

This undertaking is for the rest of your life, whether full time or part time. Success may be experienced daily as you plead for the Holy Spirit and watch for souls as they that must give an account to the Lord, and not to man.

And yet… “Human strength is weakness, human wisdom is folly. Our success does not depend on our talents or learning, but on our living connection with God.” Testimonies, Vol. 5, p. 158

This certificate is given to inspire, motivate and document the learners are in the school of Christ of which they can never graduate but daily grow with each new—Divine appointment. “Every gift, every power, that Christ promised to His disciples, he bestows upon those who will serve Him faithfully.” Medical Ministry p. 12

“Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” Matthew 16:24-26.

“And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.” Mark 1:17.

“Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many: And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready. And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused. And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused. And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come. So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind. And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room. And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper. So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.” Luke 14:16-24,33.

“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” John 10:27.

“Medical Missionary work is a sacred thing of God’s own devising.” Medical Ministry p. 131

The Certificate for the Medical Missionary Mentorship Program is to certify that you are a medical missionary after God’s order. This is your life work—a “work that brings to humanity the gospel of release from suffering. It is the pioneer work of the gospel. It is the gospel practiced, the compassion of Christ revealed.” Manuscript 55 – 1901.12

“Every true disciple is born into the kingdom of God as a missionary…” Desire of Ages p. 195

“To save souls should be the life work of everyone who professes Christ.” Testimonies for the Church 453 (ChS 1101)

“A distinct work is assigned to every Christian.” The Southern Watchmen Aug. 2, 1994

May these words awaken and arouse us to our duty to work while it is day, for the night cometh, when no man can work (John 9:4) Display visibly your certificate to remind, motivate and encourage you in the last-day “Final Call” to finish our Lord’s medical missionary work.
