This burger is so delicious and so very simple to make. I left the skin on the eggplant and it made for an even better tasting burger and it was already tasty. You must try it. I’ve made several of the recipes in this book and I recommend you try them all one recipe at and time to your better health.

May God continue to richly bless sister Shorter and her staff abundantly far above their wishes as they are in His will and continue to serve.

    May your names remain <3
